What does this instrument do?
Are you looking for a measurement instrument to calibrate and test high pressure transmitters, pressure switches or safety valves with compressed air? Our digital high-pressure calibrator, the Traqc-8 DPC, makes this possible. This instrument calibrates or
tests, independently of an external pneumatic pressure source, on all locations with high pressure. This is possible using the build-in gas storage of maximum 250 bar. Any desired pressure can be set up accurately using the build-in pressure regulator and precision needle
valves. This measurement instrument is also available in an analog version, namely the Traqc-8 APC (previously called the 8185).
Application
The Traqc-8 DPC is very suitable to test instruments that are not supposed to come in contact with fluids. The Traqc-8 DPC works pneumatic (with nitrogen or compressed air) instead of hydraulic. This minimizes the chance of contamination. The instrument does not
have any electrical components, which makes it suitable to use in an ATEX-environment. With a capacity of 2-liter nitrogen or compressed air, you can carry out measurements on location up to maximum 250 bar.
