CTB9500

What does the CTB9500 calibration fluid bath do?

Are you looking for an instrument to test or calibrate a wide variety of temperature sensors? This can be executed with a calibration fluid bath. Calibration baths are used in operational environments and laboratories to calibrate sensors in an internal fluid bath. The liquid in the tank can be set very precisely to the desired temperature. The CTB9500 calibration fluid bath has a range of -45 ... +200 °C. The liquid bath guarantees a very stable and homogeneous temperature. The measured reference temperature can easily be read on a large display and compared with the instrument to be tested. For optimum performance, different fluids are available for different temperatures. Silicone oil is a widely used liquid.

Application

The CTB9500 calibration fluid bath is commonly operated in situations where high accuracy and stability is a prerequisite. The instrument allows optimal temperature transfer between the liquid and the sensor. For example for glass thermometers or gas-filled systems with a non-symmetrical shape. The liquid in the tank guarantees optimal temperature transfer for all shapes and types of sensors, which significantly reduces the measurement uncertainty.
These calibration baths have a temperature controlled tank with a usable depth of 200 mm (7,87").
